Dr. Orwa Aboud is a neurologist in Sacramento, California, and is affiliated with UC Davis Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Damascus University Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for 11-20 years. He is presenting an oral talk on the topic of Metabolomic characteristics in glioblastoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiation therapy at the 2nd International Conference on Oncology scheduled during March 20-21, 2023 in Dubai, UAE with the theme exploring the research ideas in oncology and cancer research.  To illustrate changes of untargeted metabolomics in patients with glioblastoma IDH wildtype undergoing concurrent radiation therapy (RT) with temozolomide (TMZ). This study implemented machine learning (ML) algorithms to predict the treatment phase: pre-surgery, post-surgery, pre-radiation, and post-radiation based on untargeted metabolomics data.
